More of a technical exercise than anything else really.
 The background & planetary texture were created in Photoshop, animated and rendered in 3D Studio Max, and composited in Combustion. The texture for the planet is tiled, so it's easier to loop. Even though the planet looks like it's continuing to spin, you're basically looking at looped four second footage of the planet turning a total of 45 degrees. **EDIT** Optimized the animation a bit, cutting the total file size down from ~2Mb to ~700kb & added a pre-loader just to show off my m4d 2k!!12... |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
